1. FREE 30-DAY RETURNS
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, without giving any reason. Return shipping is free: we cover the cost, and we arrange the pickup of unpacked sofas and armchairs from your home.
How to return an item
1. Email us at contact@maisonforma.us with your order number, within 30 days of delivery.
2. We send you the return instructions. For unpacked sofas and armchairs, we schedule a pickup from your home at a time that suits you.
3. Once we receive the item, or the carrier confirms the pickup, we refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
What we refund
We refund the full price you paid for the returned item, including any sales tax charged on it. Shipping was free, so there is no shipping fee to refund or to deduct.
Condition of returned items
Please return items clean and in the condition you received them, apart from what is needed to try them at home. An unpacked sofa cannot be compressed again: you do not need to repack it. Please keep the box and the protective film if you can, but returns are accepted without the original packaging.
Exchanges
If you would like a different color or size, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please email us at contact@maisonforma.us with your order number and a few photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you, including the pickup of large items.
Please note any visible transport damage on the delivery receipt if possible. This helps us with the carrier claim, but it is not a condition for your request.
We do not offer a separate written warranty. Any implied warranties provided by the law of your state apply.
3. CANCELING AN ORDER
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships by emailing contact@maisonforma.us. We refund you in full within 14 days. If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process above.
If we cannot ship your order within the time stated, we will notify you, give you a revised shipping date and let you choose between accepting the delay or canceling for a full refund.
