1. Who we are
1.1 These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers on the Maison Forma online store (maisonforma.us).

1.3 Please read these terms before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your state that cannot be waived by contract.
2. Our products
2.1 Product images are for illustration. We make every effort to show colors and materials accurately, but the color you see depends on your screen, and slight shade differences can occur between production batches.
2.2 Decorative items shown in photos are not included unless stated in the product description.
2.3 Our sofas and armchairs are shipped compressed in a box. Once unpacked, the foam expands and reaches its final shape after 24 to 48 hours. A compressed sofa cannot be compressed again once unpacked.
2.4 Please check the product dimensions and the access to your home (doors, stairs, elevators) before ordering.
3. How your order is accepted
3.1 The products shown on our website are an invitation to order, not a binding offer.
3.2 You place an order by clicking the final order button at checkout. Before that, you can review and correct your details at any time.
3.3 After you place your order, you receive an automatic email acknowledging it. Your order is accepted when we send you this order confirmation email, or at the latest when we ship the goods.
3.4 If a product turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you promptly and refund your payment in full.
4. Prices, duties and sales tax
4.1 Prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
4.2 Shipping to the contiguous United States is free (see our Shipping and payment policy).
4.3 Our prices include all import duties and customs fees. There is nothing to pay on delivery.
4.4 Sales tax may apply depending on the state you ship to. Any sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
4.5 If we make an obvious pricing error on our website, we will contact you before shipping. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it and receive a full refund.
5. Payment
5.1 You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout, such as credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.
5.2 Payment is taken when you place your order, unless the payment method you choose states otherwise.
5.3 If you use a pay-later or installment option offered at checkout, it is provided by a third-party provider under its own terms and is subject to eligibility.
6. Shipping
6.1 We ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or PO boxes.
6.2 Delivery takes 8 to 12 business days from the order confirmation, unless a different time is shown on the product page.
6.3 If we cannot ship your order within the time stated, we will notify you before that time, give you a revised shipping date and offer you the choice to accept the delay or cancel your order for a full and prompt refund.
6.4 Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you have named. Ownership passes to you when we have received full payment.
6.5 Please note any visible transport damage on the delivery receipt if possible, and contact us with photos as soon as you can.
7. Returns
7.1 You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, without giving any reason. Return shipping is free. Full details are in our Returns and refunds policy.
8. Damaged or defective items
8.1 If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please email us at contact@maisonforma.us with your order number and a few photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, at our expense, including the collection of large items.
8.2 We do not offer a separate written warranty. Any implied warranties provided by the law of your state apply and are not excluded by these terms.
9. Our liability
9.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
9.2 Our products are supplied for household and private use only. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or business.

If you have a question or a complaint, please contact us at contact@maisonforma.us. We aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days.
11. Personal information
We use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your state of residence.
13. Other
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the other provisions remain in force. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
